the universal question that people want the answer to, isn't how do we get world peace.it's what's love?people want the answer,because they either can't find it or they don't know whether what they have is positively love.yet there are people who have found it and hold it close to their heart.there are people who found it,lost it,and then realised that it wasn't love at all,and started looking all over again.it's quite a cycle,tiring and defeating.but i guess when one finds the result,it proves to be quite an achievement.
yet.what is love?
is it the warm tingling one gets in the belly upon a sight of that one?is it the fuzzy feeling in the heart?is the the urge to help that one no matter the circumstances?is it the rage that one feels when that signiificant one is bullied?
for me.love is simple.it's just...God.nothing can beat that,and i'm one of those who went round and round in circles searching for an answer but coming up with nothing.it's the kind of love that God can give,the kind of unconditional,patient,everlasting love.1 Cor 13 pops into mind,but it's overused.God is love.and that is what God has me surrounded me with.if i lift my eyes to see through the veil of emotion,i will see that God has provided such a wonderful environment,amazing friends and family, despite my sins.isn't it amazing?sometimes it just takes one to step back and realise how blessed one actually is.there's no such thing as a perfect environment in the world, because God makes this little opening to show us His true love, his steadfastness,because it is through this opening that we feel god's love for us.
just like the skies aren't completely dark,but dotted with little points in which God views us through. (:
